Yep, I feel guilty.
I've just done a 11 hour day at work, feeling like I could fall asleep any moment. I'll probably be asleep the minute I close my eyes tonight.
And yet I feel guity - we're so under-manned at work...and I took a whole day off ill yesterday.
Ah well. Same again tomorrow...

Does anyone see a pattern here... always tired and sick but never consults a doctor... I guess those docs get a PhD cuz they know nothing right?
I think the right to constantly complain about it should be taking away as you are doing next to nothing to try and fix it.

If your feeling like that, then the doctors can do tests.
And if you are really ill they will sign you off - this means its a genuine illness
